We will keep you informed of any anticipated delays and will work to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient date.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be set out in your individual Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following standard terms apply:

7.2 Workmanship Guarantee
In addition to manufacturer warranties, Integral Solar provides a workmanship guarantee covering the quality of our installation labour. The duration of this guarantee will be specified in your Agreement. Our workmanship guarantee covers defects arising from faulty installation, incorrect wiring or poor mounting, and does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, neglect or acts of nature.
7.3 MCS Certification
All our solar PV and battery storage installations are carried out in accordance with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). This certification ensures that our installations meet the highest industry standards and that you are eligible for government-backed incentive schemes, including the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG). Your MCS certificate will be provided following completion and commissioning of your system.
8. Cancellation & Cooling-Off Period
8.1 Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession) and your Agreement was entered into away from our business premises (for example, at your home or online), you have a statutory right to cancel your Agreement within 14 days of the date on which the Agreement was entered into, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by letter or email, to:
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: Integral Business Solutions Ltd, Unit 36, Gerards Park, College Street, St Helens, WA10 1ND
8.2 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
However, if you have expressly requested that work begins during the cooling-off period and you subsequently cancel, you will be required to pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the services carried out up to the point of cancellation, including any materials ordered or delivered.
8.3 Cancellation Outside the Cooling-Off Period
If you wish to cancel your Agreement after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply to cover costs already incurred, including materials ordered or delivered and any work already carried out.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under the Agreement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill.
We shall not be liable for any damage to your property (including roof, walls, ceilings, decoration or landscaping) that is an unavoidable consequence of carrying out the installation work, provided we have taken reasonable care. We will, however, make good any damage caused by our negligence.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Epidemic or pandemic.
- War, threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, civil commotion or sanctions.
- Government actions, regulations, embargoes or restrictions.

- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effects of the delay. If the delay exceeds 90 days, either party may terminate the Agreement by giving written notice. In such circumstances, any deposit or payment made will be refunded less a reasonable amount for work already carried out and materials already procured.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any Agreement between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
