Site Survey & Structural Assessment
Our commercial surveyors carry out detailed structural load calculations to confirm your roof can support the proposed array, assessing deck type, purlin spacing and wind uplift loads. We analyse half-hourly meter data and three-phase supply configurations to determine optimal system sizing for maximum self-consumption.
Engineering Design & Three-Phase Integration
Our design engineers produce detailed layouts specifying panel string configurations, three-phase inverter sizing and DC/AC cable routing. For systems above 16A per phase, we prepare G99 applications for the DNO. All designs include structural wind and snow load calculations to BS EN 1991 and detailed mounting system specifications for your roof type.
Project Planning & G99 Applications
We manage the full G99 application process with your District Network Operator, handling export limitation agreements and any required grid studies. Our project managers produce CDM-compliant construction phase plans, RAMS documentation and crane or MEWP access strategies for large-scale roof installations where standard scaffold is not viable.
Installation & Commissioning
Our in-house teams execute the mechanical and electrical installation using crane lifts or MEWPs for material handling on large commercial roofs. Three-phase AC connections, CT metering and export limitation devices are installed and tested. We commission the system to MCS 012 standards and complete full IEC 62446 documentation.
Handover & Facilities Training
Your facilities management team receives a comprehensive O&M manual covering single-line diagrams, string layouts, inverter access procedures and emergency isolation protocols. We configure remote monitoring dashboards, set up generation alerts and provide hands-on training so your team can track performance, identify anomalies and manage export metering from day one.
